Order and Delivery


We are a small family-run business located in the New Brunswick, New Jersey.  Orders on our website are shipped directly from our website or from one of our third party logistics partners that may be located closer to you.


Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.


We can only change or cancel orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. We pack, process, and ship your order soon after you’ve placed it.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please email us.


We offer a limited money-back warranty on all our products.  Please register your product first so we can verify product was purchased from an authorized retailer.

Shipping and Returns


Currently, we only ship within the US.


At this time, we ship to destinations within the contiguous United States only.


We offer free shipping for orders over $29.  Orders under $29 will be charged a flat shipping charge of $4.95.


For Standard Shipping within the US, it may take up to 3 - 7 business days. Orders received before 10 AM EST will be shipped out the same day, all orders after our cut-off time will ship out the next business day.  Please note that domestic parcel services such as USPS, UPS, and Fedex are all experiencing delays and slower than normal delivery times due to the increased volume of business during this pandemic.


Yes, we accept returns for only those products purchased from our website.  For products purchased on Amazon.com, please initiate return and refund request through Amazon.com.  To initiate a return request, please contact support with your full name, order number, date of order, and product/reason for return.


Yes, we can exchange for same item for products purchased on our website.  To initiate an exchange request, please contact support with your full name, order number, date of order, and reason for exchange.


Contact support with your order details and we will get this sorted for you right away.
